Build With Us
There are three ways in, and the right one depends on what you bring. A founder with a problem co-founds with us. A team with a thesis runs the Dojo. A builder who wants the method, and other builders around them, joins the Community.
CoLab
We join at the first stakeholder interview and stay through the first paying customer. We bring the method, an operating team and early capital, and campus time once a chapter opens. You bring the problem and the years you have spent inside it. We say no more often than we say yes.
Paid in equity, plus build fees.
Dojo
You pay a flat monthly rate for one engagement at a time, and you can pause at the end of any month. In four weeks we find the root of the problem, shape the smallest credible solution and test it with people who would pay for it. You leave with something that works, or with a clear reason to stop.
A monthly subscription.
Community
Members get the Playbook, the cohorts and the residencies, and time on the chapter campuses as they open. The gatherings run for several days and in person, because builders trust each other faster across a table than across a screen.
